Cancellation Policy

​Cancellations - - Booking fees are non refundable.   - If you need to cancel your appointment please let me know at least 48 hours beforehand. - Less than 48 hours notice will result in an automatic £10 cancellation fee and your deposit will be lost. - No further appointments can be booked until the cancellation fee has been paid.  ​ ​​ Failure to attend your Appointment - - If you do not turn up to your appointment without informing me beforehand, you will be charged with a "no show fee" which is 50% of the service fee, this fee is to compensate the loss of the appointment.  - Failure to pay for the "no show fee" any further bookings will no longer be accepted.​ ​ Please note: When booking, you are required to fill out a checkout form which confirms that you have read the above policy.
