​Cancellations -

    Booking fees are non refundable / non transferable.

    If you need to cancel your appointment please let me know at least 48 hours beforehand.

Failure to attend your Appointment - 

    If you fail to turn up to your appointment without informing me beforehand, you will be charged     with a "no show fee" which is 50% of the full service fee (not remaining balance), this fee is to             compensate the loss of the appointment. 

    Failure to pay for the "no show fee" any further bookings will no longer be accepted.​

• Right to refuse service -

- MXS Nails has the right to refuse service and/or permanently restrict clients which includes, but is not limited to - poor attendance, behaviour etc.
